Who I work with
Organisations with places and subjects to explain
Most of my clients have something in common: a place, a collection or a piece of research that matters, and an audience who needs help to understand it.
Museums and heritage
Historic houses, museums and heritage sites, including the National Trust, Kelmscott Manor and the Museum of Oxford. Interpretation, visitor maps, exhibition branding and learning resources.
Universities and research
Oxford colleges, university research projects and educational programmes. Campus maps, outreach identities, alumni communications and research communication.
Also
Gardens and landscapes. Maps and posters for places where the landscape is the attraction, such as Ness Botanic Gardens, the Harcourt Arboretum and walking routes like the Merchants’ & Pilgrims’ Way.
Publishers and editors. Editorial maps for Scottish Field, book covers, and illustration for non-fiction and educational publishing.
Cultural organisations and venues. Arts centres, theatres and social enterprises such as Arts at the Old Fire Station, Oxford Playhouse and Uncomfortable Oxford.
Not sure where your project fits?
It doesn’t matter. Tell me what you need to explain and who to, and we can work out the rest together.
